Terms & Conditions: Check in is from 2pm, check out by 11am on day of departure. Bringing more people than your confirmation letter states (including babies and children) may result in additional charges or cancellation of your booking, our cancellation policy still applies. Please note: Additional charges may apply where extra cleaning is required, damage to property, or failure to comply with stated conditions, eg. Smoking indoors, excessive soiling of fixtures or linen. We welcome pets by prior arrangement. Pets are not to be left unattended in the cottage, to be kept off the furniture, and on leads outside as the property is not fenced.
Cancellation Policy: Changes to your booking are subject to availability and will be subject to our scheduled rates. CANCELLATIONS : More than 30 days notice will receive a 75% refund of the deposit paid. Less than 30 but more than 7 days notice will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid. Less than 7 days notice will receive no refund of the deposit.
Fees may be waived at owners’ discretion. No refund for early departure. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover you for any unforeseen circumstances
