Took Harry to the beach today....

Spring in this area is always windy, and today was no exception!  I still decided that our dog both needed and deserved a good run, so I took him to Waratah Bay, a short 20 minute drive from here on pleasant country roads.
Harry always enjoys this beach, so I let him off the lead and off he went, chasing seagulls and sniffing to his heart's content. I was trying to walk against the wind down the beach, it was hard work and I kept my head down! After about ten minutes I looked up to see if I could spot Harry.... I did, and he had hardly moved from where I saw him last.... so I walked up to him, laughed, and took a photo of what I saw.... I guess it was too windy and sandy for the precious pup, he didn't want sand in his eyes!! Easily fixed - we walked the opposite direction, and up on the dunes and into the bush on the way back to the car, he was much happier.
