Please review the following terms, conditions, and privacy policy for your stay:
Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards
Check-out: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure
Occupancy: Exceeding the number of guests stated in your confirmation letter (including infants and children) may result in additional charges or cancellation of your booking. Our standard cancellation policy will apply in such cases.
Additional Charges: Extra cleaning, property damage, or failure to comply with our stated conditions may result in additional charges. This includes smoking indoors, excessive soiling of fixtures or linen, and other similar breaches.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Payment Policy:

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking unless we have agreed otherwise, following by a confirmation email. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your arrival.
• Full payment is due on or before your arrival date. We may also require a credit card authorization prior to check-in.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and JCB for payments.

Cancellatioin Policy:

• A prepayment of 50% of the total price is charged after reservation.
• The balance will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival.
• Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total price.
• No-shows will be charged the total price of the reservation.
• Please note that fees may be waived at the owner's discretion. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for early departures. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances.
