Escape the city and find your home away from home at Tindoona Cottages. Surrounded by nature, our cottages offer a tranquil space to relax and recharge.

Our three self-contained cottages each feature an open-plan layout, modern facilities, and a private covered deck. Cottage 1, newly built in January 2018, is located closer to the main house. Cottages 2 and 3 are larger and offer more seclusion at the back of the property.

• The open-plan living areas flow seamlessly onto timber decking, creating an ideal indoor-outdoor space. Inside, the cozy interiors invite you to unwind. Each cottage includes a flat-screen smart TV, Amazon Fire TV Stick, DVD player, stereo, and split-system heater/air conditioner for year-round comfort. Cottages 2 and 3 also boast a fireplace, perfect for snuggling up on winter nights. 
• The well-equipped kitchens include a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and hotplates (no ovens). An electric kettle BBQ is also provided on each covered deck.
• Each cottage comfortably sleeps two adults in a queen-size bed. Cottages 2 and 3 can accommodate an extra bed for a child upon request.

There is space to park right by each cottage (not covered), and free WiFi is available. Please note that we cannot accommodate pets on site.

Policies

Terms and Conditions

• Check-in:  ​ From 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure

Occupancy:
Exceeding the number of guests stated in your confirmation letter (including infants and children) may result in additional charges or cancellation of your booking. Our standard cancellation policy will apply in such cases.

Additional Charges:
Extra cleaning, property damage, or failure to comply with our stated conditions may result in additional charges. This includes smoking indoors, excessive soiling of fixtures or linen, and other similar breaches.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Payment Policy

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking unless we have agreed otherwise. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your arrival.
• The total amount is due on or before your arrival date. We may also require a credit card authorization prior to check-in.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and JCB for payments.

Cancellation Policy

• A prepayment of 50% of the total price is charged after reservation.
• The balance will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival.
• Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total price.
• No-shows will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Please note that fees may be waived at the owner's discretion. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for early departures.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances.
